Great Experience

There is a boundation on hostel in timing for girls in our College , i believe its unnecessary and should be removed. Earlier in timing used to be 7:30 but now its changed to 9:30 but still it doesnt makes sense to put such a restriction.

My current branch is electronics and computer engineering very few Colleges in india have this branch. Its basically combination of two branches electronics engineering and computer engineering. The lab here are good , equipments are new , since the College is autonomous curriculum is great.

The placement scenario in our College is pretty good as compared to others. Dream compaines also visits our College with huge packages placemenet percentage of our College is quite good which is 93%. And even internships are provided through College.

Events here great , everyday there is something going on in our College , there are total 42 societies , so one can just imagine how much we enjoy. There are many major events also for sports,cultural, technical ,etc.

Its quite expensive we pay around 4 lacs per annum including hostel ,mess , tution and development fees. But comparing to the facilities we are being provided i personally consider the amount worth it.

There are many scholarships available in our College on the basis of sports,achievement, and even academics. The amount of scholarship ranges from 20 to 100% based on which category you lie in. Even students loan is easily available here.

Sports facilities here are excellent ,every student have access to all the games available here without any restrictions ,you can even issue the eqipments here itself , we have a full size swimming pool within our campus , synthetic running track and basketball court ,etc.

Hostels are good but for first year students old hostels are provided ,those are spacious but still have old vibes and furniture. But still hostels have been maintained nicely ,we have to pay around 45,000 rupees per 6 months.

Seniors here are great ,always helpful makes one feel comfortable, there no issue of ragging over here. Alumni network of our College is quite good which helps us get internships and job opportunities.

You can apply in this College through jee mains which a national level examination,but from this year 30% of seats are reserved for students applying through boards marks. Process contains filling forms ,attending counseling, selecting branch and finally getting the admission letter. The process is smooth and simple , need not to worry.

There is quite a bit lack of experienced faculty (This is the case for first year students ). Most of our labs are taken by students that are currently doing phd here. Lecture professors are unable to explain and convey the topics in an understandable way.
