Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is pretty hectic but the labs are good and have all the necessary equipments with highly professional assistants and faculties to assist us. It gives us deep knowledge of the things we learn in theories. The practical examination are internal but the theory paper is evaluated externally out of 100
Placement Experience
The placement differ with branches Circuit branches have the most placements from the core companies. Even though IT companies provide more opportunities for the rest. The College provides internship in collaboration with Bosch
College Events
We celebrate 3Ds and they are Disha which is a Freshers fest exclusively for the first years Drishti which is the best technical fest in the state Dhwani which is our technical fest And lot more fests like department fests
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure of our College is pretty simple Government fee per sem varies around 3k and university (APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY) fee around 2k All together the fee is around 5k per semester
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no such scholarship offered by the College but there are scholarships offered by different other institutions for the students of our College. This includes central government as well as Kerala government
Campus Life
Labs are excellent. Physical education department is really great and they do help every individual to practice their type of sports. Usually the gender ratio is almost 1. The campus politics is which makes the College different from others almost every student have a view on politics
Alumni/Alumna
We have CET Alumni Association (CETAA) which connects all the alumnus from all over the world and the senior students have always been a helping hand towards everything from the beginning. They are always available for anything.
Admission
I first cleared Kerala entrance (KEAM). Then got in the ranklist and my rank was 637. Then we give the list of Colleges we prefer in the order. Like everyone I gave this College with the course that is mechanical engineering as first option which I got in my third allotment. Later we take the print out of the allotment form and take admission in the College
Faculty
The faculties are highly qualified and there are qualified faculties in every bit of things needed for the students. The teachers are always attentive and they take feedback from the students after each class
