Remarks

Good:- Its an autonomous college. Its one of the best college as the name MIT shows. Bad:- Its 18km from Pune station. Rather than a city it seems a holy place,which it is.

Entrance Preview

It was JEE MAINS, and I got 130 marks, as an open category candidate I was not having enough options, since the marks were very less, less than I have expected, so I was having a choice to take in a state level college, then somebody told me that if you are seeking for a good college that too a private one then MIT is the best, then I have looked up for it, and found that even the MIT'S.

Course Curriculum Overview

They are good, and the course is also too good as of an autonomy college prefers. Our whole labs are fully equipped and upgraded.

Internships Opportunities

As I am in second year so I haven't opted for any type of internship, After this semester I will try.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are good here. (as per a state level college). If u are a refined person in ur technical subject then u would be placed easily.

Nakshatra is a mega college fest. Leaving this one many fest are celebrated and organized For ex. Dandiya, Prakalp, Ganesh chaturthi, DJ nights, Fresher party, Holi, Diwali, Dusherra, Schemcon, Focus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's quite expensive, but it's accredited with NAAC, ISI certified, so after having this all fees is obvious.

Yeah!! To the merit students they offer fee scholarship and also loan facility.

Campus Life

They all are good, equipped and maintained.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is the most expensive and the best hostel u could find in Pune. Hostel is very good and well maintained, clean and posh, Mess food is also good, but not as of home, but out of the campus there are many private messes so we have abetter choice range

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Yeah,! Nakshatra fulfills all the criteria.

Exam Structure

Its decided by Pune university, After autonomy it is in our colleges hand,(let me inform u,we have got the autonomy, but will apply it in 2016).

MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive.
