Remarks

It is good college, we would love to be here. Learning here makes us better doctors.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Yes,it makes us a better doctor, Learning bit by bit everydaY makes us to be.classes start at 9 in the morning, for an hour, then we have clinical postings from 10am to 1pm.1-2pm lunch break, three we have classes in the afternoon till 4pm Then we study till night

Placement Experience

4

There is no placements in our college or any like engineering colleges but we do have better opportunities to learn. Patients are our teachers mainly.

College Events

5

Cultural fest, sports, kannada rajyotsava we enjoy it thoroughly.I always love to participate in them. Because of busy schedule all through out year we hardly have any other extra curricular activities to enjoy.still we make it up to enjoy them all.because all are once a time events to be enjoyed with friends.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Though I am from the agricultural family,my father is able to pay my fees. Bacuse it is feasible. There are 3 installments in the fees.college maintains transparency in the fees structure, admissions. No additional fees as such is asked by the college to secure the admission.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nothing as such by the college, but the government has provided the scholarship,no education loan taken. Scholarship is availed based on caste, parents annual income.

Campus Life

4

Both boys and girls are mostly equal in ratio.there is no discrimination as such between race, religion, ethnicity, politics and economic status.we enjoy campus life. We lob to be together,we share it all equally be it a sorrow or a joy. What more is needed when good friends are there.those make the life easier.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network for the college, nor old students have contributed anything to the college. But our seniors are the best they are guide to overcome exam stress, they tell us whuch books to read and how to read, they have made our life easier.

Admission

I always wanted to become a doctor, through entrance exam I got a seat there, via kcet exam held in April in 2016 then there are counselling rounds you will be allotted seat in the college according to your rank scored in the kcet entrance exam.then got a seat here. Destiny is here to make it yours right

Faculty

5

They are good, they help us by teaching everyday, interest of a teacher depends on interest of students to learn and vice versa.faculty are really good, there is no hierarchy followed, all are well experienced doctors they as of the average age of 40-45 years, with goofd expertise in their fields

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
