Remarks
Our college was near idukki wild life sanctuary. So the climate was extraordinary. There was a tourist spot near college called micro and Idukki dam. The morning and evening the college is hided under the snow. It was a fantastic experience.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course was mechanical engineering. There was a good syllabus from MG university. My college followed that syllabus. I have passed all my examination in first chance. My batch was first batch of mechanical from our college.
Placement Experience
My batch was first batch of mechanical from our college. thus the placement and job opportunities were less. most placement provided companies were non mechanical such as Information technology, computer science and electronics etc.
College Events
College techfest,college arts,college sports, celebration of important days such as independence day, republic day, womens day, Valentine's day, holy day, engineering day, science day, Health related activities and computer education activities
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college was under kerala government. thus the fee structure was feasible. I remember it was about 6500 per annum. PTA fee paid us in every year. Almost students have any of the scholarship scheme.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college provided education loan. I didn't took education loan. why because i have scholarship. I have got my course fee back through the scholarship. I have got in every year because i don't have backpapers.
Campus Life
Our batch was first mechanical batch. So in starting period. There was no laboratory in our college. But for the laboratory purpose we the whole batch travelled to the nearest government engineering college kottayam and we conducted our laboratory experiments from there
Hostel Facilities
I got government hostel for stay purpose. The food and accommodation provided from there. so the rentals was very cheap. The total cost of fee about 4000 including food and accommodation. the food was very tasty
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumni network is wide. for any assistance we can contact our alumni whenever we need. we have a WhatsApp group for the assistance. it is very useful to everyone. We have invited to college for the techfest and arts festival by the active work of alumni.
Admission
I wrote the entrance examination of kerala. I got an average rank in exam. I took admission in an August month. That was a rainy season. It was too risk to reach there. But i travelled and taken the admission
Faculty
Our facilities were qualified according to government laws and well educated peoples. they helped us in academic activities as well as non academic activities. overall they were very friendly. They helped us in arts and sports activities
