SIES College is one of the best college in Mumbai region which provides quality education to the students. The college is situated in a peace Jain Colony in Sion East. A good green cover makes it more attractive.

As SIES college was affiliated to University of Mumbai, all the course details and curriculum was setup by University. The exam had two parts, internal and external. Internal exam were based on MCQ'S of 20 marks. External exams were theory exams of 80 marks.

SIES college doesn't provide any internship. One has to apply for internship personally. Campus recruitment drive is conducted every year. Large number of students get selected. Even the college faculty provides information regarding other campus placement drive around Mumbai.

Both feasible (govt funded courses) like Plain BSc, BA, B Com. (2K-6K) and Expensive (no funded) like BSc CS, BSc IT (30K-40K) As the non funded courses have extra requirement of computers and accessories the non funded courses are expensive.

Various scholarships for minorities and toppers are provided by both government and college management. Every year toppers are awarded and even scholarships are provided to them if they belong to BPL. The college has dedicated wing for students which provides financial support to students who want to study abroad.

Dedicated Physics, Chemistry, Bio Tech, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science and IT labs are present in SIES. Lab is clean and modern with latest amenities provided. College has dedicated Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton team. Along with sports college has a NSS unit and NCC unit for students.

Yes. The alumni network of SIES students is strong and provides various financial support to the college. The ex senior students visit college every year during any college or NCC unit events. Seniors help a lot to rectify the problems students create.

I had to fill up an online form with all educational and personal details. 3 merit lists were released according to the percentage. As i opted for BSc Computer Science merit list percentage was low compared to other courses. Once the merit list was released the students along with a print of filled online form needs to visit the college at provided date and time.

The faculty of my college is excellent and experienced. They are highly qualified and they give attention to each and every student. Faculty is very strict about attendance. Faculty members are friendly and also help a lot during examinations with study materials and stuff's.
