Janki Devi Memorial College is one of the oldest college in Delhi University. College always stay away from DU elections. And always lead there students in a right way. And leave with lots of memories.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is good as its Delhi University college so the college course has been done as per Delhi University regulations. The exams was chilled. And the labs very also chilled and highly infrastructured by the college.
Placement Experience
Yes, college provide the job placement. And there were all the big companies like E&Y, IBM, Genpact etc. The choose the student according to there course and marks. They also judge the candidate by taking there interview and then provide salary after joining of a candidate.
College Events
Fresher's Party was the first event they always organise for there first year batches. Then there are cultural programs, alumini meet, farewell for last year students. They also had there college fest every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible as its Delhi University college so the fee is very less and there were concession also for category holder like sc, st, obc and ews. For an year student has to pay 6- 8k and there were examination fee for every semester of 500.
Fees and Financial Aid
They provide fee concession to the students who are from scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, obc and ews category. The students of these categories have to fill the form and then can avail the fee concession facility.
Campus Life
There were soo many extracurricular activities. College has there own socities like dance, drama, cultural, social etc. There were elections for the post of college president, vice president, treasure every year in which 2nd and last year students can participate.
Hostel Facilities
There were no hostel facility in the college. Girls has to be live in the PG or room rent. PG were easily available nearby the college. And PG provide full facility to girls according to their needs and requirements.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes seniors were helpful and they always encourage us to take participate in college programs. They organise fresher's party for us in which they entertain us by doing there dance performance, music show. And also organise fashion show and some sort of competitive games for us.
Admission
Easy location with metro connectivity. Affiliated from Delhi university and one of the best girl's college with full protection to girls. Highly qualified & supportive staff. Merit list or Entrance Exam is the process of admission.
Faculty
Teachers are highly qualified. As its Delhi University so all the teachers has cleared there UGC NET exam and were post graduated or ph. d holder. Faculty alsi show the interest for students. They always support there students.
