The college management helps you regarding the office work, fee issues, and other. The politeness needs to be a bit more. However, over-all experience is good.

Course curriculum entirely is the course of Savitribai Phule Pune University. (SPPU) All the branches except Biotechnology, which is autonomous, are driven by the syllabus of SPPU. Placements are good, large number of IT companies and core companies visit Sinhgad for placements. Industrial visits are organised frequently for the overall practical learning of students.

Internship drives are organised rarely, however placement drivers take place frequently in final year.

Sinhgad karandak, the largest cultural festival in Pune, is organised by Sinhgad Institutes. SCOE won Sinhgad Karandak as well as the prestigious Firodiya karandak this year. There is tremendous scope for extra curricular in Sinhgad. Techtonic, a part of Sinhgad karandak, helps students to gain exposure to technical world. Sinhgad karandak also has sports and other activities.

It is around one lakh. Scholarships, EBC, TFWS are provided be the government help economically backward students. Payments are acceptable only thourough DD or cash. The fees changes every year according to the criteria. Transparency is provided and is elaborated on the fee receipt. Fees is a bit high, but the reputation of college also is.

I had received a scholarship called as TFWS from the Maharashtra government. It is the abbreviation of tution fees waiver scheme. The tution fees is paid by the government.

Sinhgad Vadgaon campus is a spacious campus. It is the most beautiful campus in Pune. Campus Life is enthouralling, you never get bored in Sinhagad. Some or the other activities are always going on and around. Fresher parties take place every year. Annual fests also cheer you up. Gender ratio is quite good, except for mechanical engineering, however it has increased as the faculties say vee the past years. Students from Afghanistan and Africa study in Sinhgad. Also, a major part of the students is from north India. No, is no such thing as discrimination on the basis of religion or race. However, a major part of the faculty is of a dominated caste in Maharashtra. The founder of the institute is close to a renowned and senior politician in Maharashtra.

I have not come in any of the seniors apart form the cultural group I am associated with. They guide you in various required fields.

The admission takes place after securing the required number of marks in MHT CET or JEE Mains. Merit list is high enough as it is one of the best engineering colleges in Pune. Mechanical Engineering has high cut off as compared to other colleges. The branches in the college are Computer science, Information technology, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Chemical engineering, Biotechnology, Electronics and telecommunication engineering, Production engineering.

Due to certain issues in past 8 years, a major number of expertise have resigned. Sinhgad used to be a big name in Pune. The new faculty now is less experienced, however over-all experience is not bad. Still the ones who were attached to the college still teach very well. The new faculty is qualified, and capable of holding the students. All the heads of departments are PhDs, which run their respective departments smoothly.
