College management is nice and helps us to be good engineers

Course is perfect and exams are done on semester basis.it can make us a good learner of engineering.actually there are 8 semesters and we get only less working days but a lot of holidays because every month their is exams happening frequently.many measures are taken by college to ensure good placements

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is 35000 for merit and 85000for management.the college actually provide transpirancy in feebreak downs.but my opinion is that the management fees is little higher.merit fees can also be lowered by some manner.but the studies on the college makes us worth of it

They all are in perfectway.expectially arts and sports are done better on our college than any other college inside trivandrum outside trivandrum and also we can say inside Kerala our outside kerala.the arts festival is done on 3 days and is wonderful

No.their is no hostels provided by college for students.but there are hostels allowed by college.the laws on these hostels are done by college itself.college provides a strict disciplined orders to wardens of the hostel

By writing keam exam and getting good marks can take us to sct.one of the best thing that made me choose this college is it's construction of building.and it is situated on the heart of trivandrum.anyone can reach college from any part of the city with ease.

For this semester we have 7 lectures teaching in 6 subjects.most of them have experience more than our age.so we gets pure knowledge from them.they are all wonderful human beings.they try to give a lot for us.each words from their mouth is full of love and affection to us

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

I choose this college because it has vibrant campus life and freedom.It also has good placement records,good pass percentage. I also took due to distance advantage.This college also has good faculty, teaching. Although the campus is small, the infrastructure is well maintained. It has well structured labs.I also looked for cet, Trivandrum but I didn't get it because of my keam rank. The exam accepted for the course is keam and most of the students prefer it. Students can also join this college by nri quota without any entrance exam by giving more fees.I got admission in ece in sctce in the keam 1st allotment itself....Read More

A look inside Sct - Campus life, Academics and more

The main reason I chose this college was because this as under the Government of Kerala. It is held jointly by both government and ksrtc. This the standard of teachers will be better than other private colleges and campus life would be better as well. I have gotten confirmed admission from Amritha University and FISAT. I chose Sct because of the above given reason and also because of its location in trivandrum. I had applied to both Cet and Gect but I didn't pass the cutoff. The admission price for SCTCE is through KEAM which is held by the government of Kerala.
