Course Curriculum Overview
There are two series exam conducted per semester. It is in 50 mark questions, the internal mark of 50 its 30 marks from these two series exam remaining 20,10 for attendance and other 10 for assignment. End semester exam is conducted in last. It is in 100 marks questions.
Placement Experience
Placements in our college is 50%. Many huge companies are approaching our college for placement every year because our college is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.
College Events
The events in our college is the most enjoyable one. there are many such events are in my college conducted in every year. the main events are including COLLEGE UNION DAY, INVENTO, etc. Invento is a big tech fest conducted in college including dance, fashion show, stage show etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of college is very low because government take the most expenses only around 10000 per year is paid by student as the all fee. No other fees are there. It is too feasible for students. But it's only get in merit list of government. For some categories there is no fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes i opted a scholarship of government called central sector scholarship i had got 10000 rupees per year it can apply for the student whose family income is less than 5 lakh rupees
Campus Life
All workshops and good in condition, there are many extra curricular activities, The Government Engineering College Palakkad is a technical education institute established in 1999 in the Palakkad district of Kerala, India. The college is owned by the Government of Kerala and is governed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala. The college is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and follow its curriculum and syllabi.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, its a new hostel with good conditioned rooms and bathrooms. Food is very good and food menu is acceptable for everyone and the committee of hostel is very good persons. The rent of the hostel is only 300 rupees per month and the food is 1600 as range.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes,they are very helpfull,they will support us in every curricular activity or personal in the campus.
Admission
I got admission in merit list.after +2 i wrote kerala engineering entrance exam and i got admission through this. only students get admission in there by best performance in kerala engineering entrance exam
Faculty
Pur faculty is such a best faculty. There are many benefits by this faculty, because they are supporting students very well as they can do. There are more than 3 lectures per subject faculties.
