Remarks

Positive- people around are really very nice, you will enjoy your thouree years here faculty members are well educated and friendly as well. You can even join any of the active societies like english debate, commerce societies or even dramatics, enactus etc Negative- you will rarely see people induldged in entrepreneurship and talking about innovations, more poeple focus on the academic rigor rather than harnessing their skill sets along with it

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

On a whole it used to be very hectic, We only stats people used to be there in college right from 9 to 5 and that too without any breaks. Curriculum could have been a little better if focus was on use cases and applications of statistical analysis

Placement Experience

3

Yes, RLA have an annual internship meet while the companies visiting the campus are most of times are basically startups though one can have a good chance to get internship as well While talking about jobs modicum companies visit our campus and that too with profiles of data entry or call centers like amazon, dunnhumby, exl

College Events

4.5

Main event is the college fest that usually occurs in month of feb last day includes the star night and it is usually of 2 days with avg footfall of 3000 per day many college culutural societies take part in the college's fest. While other events like departmental fests of computer science, statistics, management studies also occur for the interest of students which majorly include their students as participants. Dramatics societies have their own events as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its feasible as RLA comes under Delhi University so it is subsidised as well so, annual tuition fees vary for every course but it is usually between 4000-30000 depending upon the course that you select

Fees and Financial Aid

Usually the fees of any course is not very lofty so it's rare if people require loans to pay it for their annual fees, still our college provide loan facility with union bank of india providing the aid

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activities involves a number of dramatics, dance, singing, and art and craft societies with a not so very lopsided gender ratio While in sports participants are usually boys for the sports like cricket football badminton table tennis etc. Workshops depends on the departments like how often they want to have workshops/seminars to make their students get well aquainted with the concepts they have been taught There is a societies that tries to bring conformity amongst people to accept and empower Gender equality and religion

Alumni/Alumna

Yes alumni and seniors are helpful as well and it depends how good relationship you are able to establish with them, sharing their experiences can be very beneficial for juniors looking for a path to follow

Admission

Admission procedure was solely based on the 12th marks and du cuttoffs were released for every college and their courses of offerings. There is a cutoff for each and every course while some relaxations are given for reserved categories as well

Faculty

4

For statistics especially, faculty is well experienced and have atleast enough knowledge of multiple computer languages to implement the statistical concepts and they even try to give more emphasis on the subjects that have paramount real life applications

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
