Teachers and teaching are good but attendance is a big issue.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good and updated as per industry demand as I have discussed it my with friends and they say that their course curriculum is not that updated. Yes, the course curriculum is designed as per course requirement and after consultation with industry experts too. Supreme court, High Court, parliament and law firms

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement of the university is good as their a full time placement department. their they train students regarding interview etc.

College Events

There are a number of events in the university. Global law conference, Moot Court Competition Vaktavya, Debate Competition, Trial advocacy, cultural events, and many more. their we had regular seminars, conference and workshops and regular guest lectures.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is good, students can give fee in instalments. student can pay the fee online and in regional centres. there is no additional fee as per my knowledge. University is honest regarding fee division and they provide all sort of information if required.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for scholarship and university assist poor students as well as to meritorious students by providing scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life is good or we can say it is happening live, there are no events throughout the semester. there is good mix blend of both academic and cultural events in the university infect Punjab government also assist the university in organizing state level youth festivals.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni group is good, they are in contact with the university and they visit the university on a regular basis.

Admission

When I took admission it was direct. There was no such admission test but now the university has CUCET. and University also accepts CLAT scorecard for admission purpose. Well, the brand name was the first factor and my decision was right. first one need to register for cucet and if get selection then they need to visit university for the admission or they can get registration online.

Faculty

UILS faculty are the best one having Ph.D., NET, JRF qualified and experienced having a minimum of 5 years to teaching experience. Normally teachers are teaching their expertise subjects and this helps students to get a better insight into the subject. Some of the teachers are from the law industry as well.

An insightful review of L.L.B program at CU

Course Curriculum Overview:

The LLB curriculum at Chandigarh University is relevant and fairly comprehensive. The course includes subject such as constitutional of criminal civil procedure and legal writing which were important factor in choosing the program. The curriculum focus on building a strong critical base along with basic critical exposure. The syllabus helps student understand legal concept clearly and prepare them for internship for studies and competitive exams. Internal assessment, presentation and assignment. Encourage regular learning and improve analytical and research skills. 1 area of improvement could be increasing practical exposure through more "activities, internship and real life case discussion overall the well structured and suitable for student who were serious about a carrier in law while still leaving scope for self learning and skill development

Placement Experience:

The students of final year are eligible for the campus placement, all the local and outside companies hire the student and provide them a good package which can be more than 400000 annual. 70% students got placement after study. My plan after is study to start independent practice

Chandigarh University - A Great College Experience

Placement Experience:

In our college student become elgible for placement from 9th semester onwards i.e the second last semester. Many law firms and private companies and banks visit our colege like HDFC bank,HCL and many private firms and offers range from 4LPA to 6LPA. The highest package offered in our department was of 21LPA and average package is 3.5-4LPA. About 50-60% students get campus placements and rest opt for private consultation on out of campus interviews for better oppurtunities. Otherwise CU give gives guarantee they can get 100% placemn=ent of they go through TPA i.e the placement department After getting the degree I aspire to join law firm in my own family and work under the.

A real review of lpu law school

Placement Experience:

Lpu has a good record of placement but they can't compete nlu's placements. Fifth year student is eligible for placements here. L&L partner & Azb Partners visited this campus for placements. The highest package is 10 lakh and average is 4 lakh. My plans after degree is to join a law firm

Course Curriculum Overview:

-I chose law as I want to help all the people who wants justice. The faculty in the Chandigarh university is so friendly and the student ratio is about 300 per batch. -All the teachers are well educated as all as done researches on there particular subjects and there teaching method is awesome. -Term exams are difficult but also easy to get pass by studying well

All about UILS

I tried in NMIMS Chandigarh and SLS pune and i was able to get admission in both of them but I preferred UILS as it was in the main campus of the panjan university and it have huge reputation in north india and i was having my personal preference and also UILS is government department it was also a key determinant The process to get in is like all other colleges you need to clear the entrance exam which was PUCET one need to give exam of 100 mcq based question and it have 50% weightage and other 50% is with 12th result. I applied to Christ and Symbiosis University and got accepted in both but since this was a government college and was near to my home i accepted the offer from Panjab University.
