Our college course curriculum at present is not satisfied. But previously it was very very very good. So that it also should be changed and modified. College management and union should be look after in this matter.

Internships Opportunities

There was no stipend offered at that time and now I do not know.College was very very very good at that time. College was very very very good at that time.

Placement Experience

At that time no placements facilities and job opportunities at all. We have to find out own self. What is the offer is going on that I do not know exactly right now.

College Events

AT that time in every year we celebrate our annual function and the function stands very good. We arrange to provide renowned artists and invites celebrates.

Fees and Financial Aid

As far as my knowledge no loan facilities offered by our college at that time . So that we have to provide by own self.

Campus Life

AT that time there was all facilities such as extracurricular activities, sports, competitions and library facilities. All facilities was very good. There was no fees for library

Alumni/Alumna

As far as my knowledge I never get any invites from our college for alumni network and senior students. But it should be organized and to be maintained and continued.

Exam Structure

Exam structure to be maintained by the Calcutta University. Our college administration just follow the rules and regulation.

Faculty

At that college Faculty was very very good. Behavior of our faculty was so polite and we also maintain to keep discipline in the college. College was very very very good at that time.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I Didn't take any admission test, process is easy Just type in ur documents and wait for the list and then it is done. For me personally my nake came in the second list As I was not a SC/ST/OBC student But students who scored lesser than me were selected in the first list...Read More
