According to me this college is a perfect one in this city. Besides academics it provides many other opportunities for the students to excel into.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum provided by this institution is good. Regular lectures and practicals are being held at the college. But most of the knowledge provided is bookish. But yes, industrial visits were organised by our institution two thouree times in a year. These visits provided industry specific knowledge to the students that help us in our on campus placements.
Placement Experience
Company such as Mahindra, Bajaj, LNT, Infosys, etc. visit our institution for recruitment drives. The selection criteria for placements differs from company to company. The tentative percentage of students plays every year from the campus are around 50%. Yes the institution take special steps to prepare the students for the placement season.
College Events
Many technical, cultural and management festivals are held by the college. Students showcase their talents in the respective fields. Such events are very popular in the college and the participation for same is in very large numbers. Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite feasible for this college. The program fee is around 70000 per year. The mode of payment is by NEFT or cheque. this fee structure is quite feasible as compared with other colleges in the same city. Yes, the college provides transparency in the fee breakdown.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't opted for any scholarship for education loan as I don't come under the category. But the college provide scholarships and education loans to the students who are needful.
Campus Life
The gender ratio in this institution is nearly equal to 1. Besides academic many extra curricular activities are being held by the college. This institution does not tolerate any kind of ragging with students. Strict actions are taken against the same. There are many commeties of student such as technical committee, cultural committee, sports committee who organise the respective events in the college.
Hostel Facilities
In my case I haven't opted for hostel in this college. I live in a rented flat with my friends which is near the college. But the accommodation service provided by the college is pretty good. The hostel room in this college is shared by 2 to 3 students. Following are the services provided along with the accommodation: 1) Wi-Fi 2) Mess 3) Gym
Alumni/Alumna
According to me the alumni network and senior students of this college are very important to guide you thourough the course. They are very friendly and provide one-on-one guidance for the students who need it.
Admission
This college provided me the course which I was looking for after my 12th completion. The factors that made me choose this institution are: 1) It was a top 10 institution in Pune. 2) Teaching faculty was good. 3) They provided good placement opportunities. This institution takes admission by entrance exams and merit lists. I got admitted into this institution by CET examination. After declaration of my 12th result I opted for this institution and I was selected in the merit round.
Faculty
The tentative number of lecturers in my course are 8 to 10. They are different for lectures and for practicals. Their average age is 40 and qualification is PHD. Mamy of the lecturers hold an industry experience. Some of them have worked in manufacturing sector while others worked in designing sector.
