My college review

The college is well maintained and clean on all the sides. The management is doing exceptionally well in providing the best facilities available at hand for the students to work with.

The course and curriculum followed here are given by the guidelines of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The course is very apt and to the point. It is a good blend of practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge as you need both as you go on learning the subject. The exam pattern here is a mix of MCQ type online exams.

Placements always have invisible criteria of merit of a student. Although keeping this criterion aside we can say that the Training and Placement cell of our college is working hard for getting big MNCs to our college. This year the placement season was absolutely amazing as almost all the students are satisfied with the companies they have got to work in.

Here in Pune, the events have set high standards for the colleges to work with. We here have an interesting blend of Cultural, Technical and sports events. Our college sports a huge cricket ground and a football turf as well. Students are very thrilled to take participation for all the events and the faculty is very helpful and inspiring us to take part in more events.

The fee structure is different for different categories. The mode of payment accepted by the college in cash, bank transfer, DD. Our college does not accept Cheques. My programme fee is 1 lakh rupees. No additional charges are to be paid to secure admission. Yes, the college does provide transparency in fee breakdown and you will get an entire fee breakdown on your fee receipt.

I had opted for a monetary scholarship offered by the state government, you can avail such scholarship from Aaple Sarkar Maha DBT portal. The college staff who was responsible for the scholarship was very polite and understanding our problems and giving us an accurate solution.

When you enter the college campus for the first time, you will feel the bliss of joy running through your mind by looking at the college campus especially in the rainy season. It is beautifully decorated by different types of bushes trees and flowering plants. The surrounding is very peaceful as the college building is located far away from the main road.

I have not seen too much presence of alumni persons in our college, but the seniors here are very helpful. They even sometimes conduct workshops for use on the weekends.

I always wanted to do something related to computers as from my childhood I have had an interest in computers. Now that I know how they work and function, I really wanted to study more on it. For securing a seat in this college, you need to get involved in the state selection process called CAP. If you have enough percentage to get this college, you'll be allotted a seat.

The faculty here is experienced with the subjects and are quite enthusiastic for teaching the subjects to students. Especially this year, because of the COVID-19 lockdown situation, our faculties have taken great efforts for teaching the students via different multimedia means. Using advanced meeting software as well as uploading videos on YouTube and sending us personal links. They are very hard working from their side as well as giving the notes and required study material as well.
