Remarks
I completed my MBBS from Al-Ameen Medical College, it was a quite good experience for me and I learnt a lot of skills and learnt alot during my course duration. The teachers were supportive and the events helped me stay cheered up and learn better.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite good and covers all the basic and important subjects. The course is drafted by Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, which provides the college with affiliation. The practicals are also there apart examinations, as practical skills matter more in medical courses.
Placement Experience
The college provides internship opportunities to all students as part of the course after 5years of MBBS, as the internships are mandatory before getting placed anywhere. After that, anyone can get placed as per their specialisation
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for my MBBS was quite expensive being Rs. 3.7 lakh charged annually. The total fee for my whole course duration was Rs. 18.5 lakhs. There are also multiple scholarships provided by the government at national and state levels which can be availed by students, and college also offers scholarship to meritorious students.
Campus Life
The college has well equipped and proper hygiene labs, which are timely maintained. The college library is also equipped with a good amount and variety of books which are required by students during their course duration.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is also provided to students from distant places to both boys and girls. The hostels aren't too good but are better than many hostels. The food served in hosel is also quite good and the rooms are quite comfortable.
Admission
I took admission in college via my NEET UG score, all the courses in the college intake admission via NEET also. After getting through via counselling, I had to go through a small interview which I easily cleared and got admission here with ease.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is quite skilled, highly qualified and experienced. Many students had problem in learning on the beginning but were guided and helped by teachers in adjusting and learning better in MBBS.
