The campus is good, many facilities are provided to us and proper cleanliness is maintained in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The exam structure is well structured. For each semester 2 exams are conducted Internal and External but assignments also hold weightage. This course helps in making us ready for the corporate world and also enhances our skills and knowledge and makes us a better person.
Placement Experience
College provides various placements and internship opportunities. Last semester I did an internship at Tanishq. Many top companies like Amazon, E&Y, Deloitte, ICICI visit the campus for recruitment.
College Events
The events are very nice and are well managed. The main events of JIMS Kalkaji are Zest and Dandiya, and Star Night. Teachers and students both attend these events and many cultural events are also conducted. Various competitions are also conducted for the students like a Treasure hunt, Debate, Dance, Badminton, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are feasible. Approximately 1 lakh is the fees per annum for BCOM(H). As the college provides various opportunities to enhance our skills and knowledge, JIMS Kalkaji is the best B-school as compared to other B-schools. To give the CET exam the fees charged for each form is 1000 rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I have not opted for any kind of scholarship or education loan. But yes, the college provides scholarship to some students.
Campus Life
The campus life is very nice. Nehru Place hub is just 10 minutes away from the college. There is a gym room in the college and a common room for boys and girls separately. Badminton court is there on the campus. 4 computer labs are in the college. The college invites many professionals for guest lectures to enhance our knowledge.
Alumni/Alumna
Every single thing or activity is well managed by the management and alumni. The seniors are very helpful.
Admission
The admission procedure is easy and to get admission participants to have to give the Common Entrance Test which is conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The maximin eligibility criteria is approximately 5000 rank. I chose this institute on the basis of facilities and placements.
Faculty
Faculty members are great and are well experienced. They use PowerPoint presentations to explain the concept in a very clear manner and makes the learnings easy for us. Each one of them is very helpful and supportive. They guide us throughout the course and even guide us to crack the interviews. They play a great role in making us a better person.
