Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 4 years divided into 8 semesters. The subjects change every year for which examinations are held at the end of every semester. The students are also given lab training with all the required types of equipment made available to us by the university.
Placement Experience
Mock interviews and group discussions are conducted at regular intervals.The cell organizes multiple workshops for us and invites renowned companies for the recruitment process. We are also given assistance for securing good internships as a part of our course.
Fee Structure And Facilities
An approximate of 50-52K was my first-year fees which is quite reasonable. The fees for management quota however differ. The fees also depend on the course one is opting for. Overall, its a feasible fee structure for everyone and quite decent compared to other engineering colleges keeping in mind its facilities too.
Campus Life
Transportation facilities are also made available to students with luxury buses. Separate hostels are provided for both boys and girls within the campus. A separate space is provided for indoor games and TV and reading rooms are also available within the hostels. We are also provided with a multi-gym and fitness facility that helps us to remain fit. Cultural and sports activities are also organized regularly.
Admission
AACET focuses on giving direction to future technologists by offering them relevant exposure. Keeping the reputation of the college in mind, I applied for the course of B.Tech in mechanical engineering by filling out an application form for the college after appearing for KEAM. I scored a pretty decent rank leading to my admission to the university.
Faculty
With background specialization, the professors are quite knowledgeable. They are patient with even the slow learners of the class and are ready to help always. We have a friendly relation with them and they always guide us for our careers.
