My college life

We have basic engineering subjects like physics, chemistry, both lab and theory in the first year including English. There are three internal exams which have 20% weightage and external semester exam which has 80% weightage. From the second year to final year, we learn department related subject alongside the final year project.

We have very strong training and placement cell, they train us very well for the interview process in areas like GD, aptitude and soft skills. Companies like HCL, BSNL, and HP come here for recruitment as well as providing in-plant training.

Education Loans can be obtained if not feasible but the fee is only Rs. 32,000 per year many colleges charge this fee for a semester. For the whole course, it is only Rs. 1.3 Lakhs, this is affordable by most of the students.

There are a lot of extracurricular activities in which the students could take part like joining in clubs they are interested in, photo club, environment club, red cross clubs, the college also has a good playground, both indoor and outdoor, facility for the students to relax.

We have separate hostels for boys and girls. The rooms are spacious and clean, the mess hall is also clean and vegetarian food is served. The mess bill is divided system and will be intimated then and there. We have a playground in the hostel to relax. We have Tv and Wi-Fi facilities.

The goal of this college is to keep its alumni connected in any circumstances. The alumni network in this college is quite strong useful in many ways like career opportunities and academic help. They have their own meetings and events conducted on a regular basis.

I chose the B.Tech ECE department I was selected here based on how much I scored out of the cut off 200 in my 12 exams. Can apply online or in person, based on the score you will be called for admissions.

The faculties here are very talented, it is very inspiring to see some staff who know so much about the subject they handle. They keep all of us attentive, the classes are very lively with no distractions, all the staffs are friendly no one is biased or partial.
