Course Curriculum Overview
Learning by doing is the main concept which is following by our college. There are two semesters in year and three monthly test assignments will be there for a semester. Best of two will be considered from that three
Placement Experience
Placement is quite good for all the courses except petroleum engineering. Every year they call only on company named mount meru group. They don't even provid internships to students. all students arrange their internship by themself.
College Events
Abhiyanth is the technical cultural management fest in which all the people of our campus show their skills like technical exhibitions, dances, singing, events, etc. It is three day fest and all the members will participate in different activities and workshops
Fees and Financial Aid
All government scholerships are allowed in the college. I was not eligible for the scholership programmes in the college so I dont have any clue about the scholership program in the college but soms of my friends are
Campus Life
Extracarriculler activities includes sports like basketball volleyball basminton cricket table tennis and other activities like tressure hunt quizze speech debate singing dancing acting nukkad natak etc.
Hostel Facilities
We hava a residential campus and the total cost of the hostel fee and mess fee will be paid by the government and we are two or three will be accommodated in a room and for every student who got the seat will be definitely having a accommodation room.
Alumni/Alumna
Uttaranchal university have department wise allumi network system and was a petroleum engineering student so can tell you about the allumi of petroleum engineering department. When I was in the college there werevno alumni of p. e dept.
Admission
I got admitted through the West Bengal Joint exam conducted annually. I chose CSE department, as I am am ICSE student and coding and programing were taught to us from very beginning. This subject fascinated me and so I decided to pursue it and build my career in it. I got a fair good rank in WBJEE exams and got this college in the first merit list of counselling.
Faculty
All faculties are well trained and experienced. They all have master degree in Petroleum engineering from well known universitiea of india. They are very friendly and very much supportive in nature. Lab technicians are also well qualified.
