Best Option in this region

Overall the college is good. The only problem is the crowd. If you are lucky you may get good classmates and nice fellows. The positive stuff is diversity as you will get a chance to meet students around the country. We got students from Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi and from Bangladesh and Afghanistan also.

The Major Course is based upon Kurukshetra University curriculum. In addition to that there are some PDP classes and lectures. The LABs are also included in course curriculum. Exams day are hectic but it's same for every other student of Kurukshetra University though.

For Streams like Computer Science and Management placement is good. Some companies also approach for internships as well. But If you want to go any MNC or big company you have to prepare for off campus drives.

There are three events. One is Gokulastami and Amritovtsavam which are the cultural fest. On Gokulastami every one are allowed to wear traditional dresses. There will different performance by every department and the winner will be announced at the end. Then Anokha which is a tech fest.

For B. tech the tution fees is around 91000 per annum (in 2019). For other courses the fees may vary. Also if you want to chose hostel you have to pay more than that. Other expenses include Uniform and prospectus which is one time payment. In addition with that exam form fees, transport fees(optional) are there. We can say that it's quite a bit expensive but if you have good marks or good score you have a chance to get scholarship or reduction in fees.

Scholarship for students from Bihar/Jharkhand area. Also scholarship for SC/BC candidates. If you have good score in your boards and good JEE rank then you can get reduction in fees too. Also for candidates having sports achievements there are scholarships available.

As I have already described sports activities and lab activities are quite a charm. It's not like that college focus on sports only but in your course duration you will get chances to participate in sports and other activities as they are a part of system as well.

Seniors are helpful it depends on the student though if they are interacting with seniors. But there are many activities in which seniors and juniors participate together so they can establish a bond together through these activities.

The Campus of the college is pretty good and open. When I went for admission they checked my marksheets and then asked me about my desired stream. Then they called one of the faculty from that particular branch. She told me about what I will be studying if I chose that course. Then she took me to a small tour of college. The labs and classroom seems good so I took admission there.

Faculty in our Department (Computer Science) is Preey much qualified and they are also supportive in nature. In other Departments also faculty is good. There are frequent reviews of teachers are done in college.
