Remarks

College environment is very good and I really enjoyed my three years of study here. Principal, vice principals & all teachers were very supportive for every student in the college. So this is a great place to have study.

Course Is very good with good teaching faculty. Good labs with many equipments and machines. Class rooms with projector. Lab exams are more often. Also the internal assessments and see exams.

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.

I had applied to st Joseph's college of Commerce in mysore. I did not get rejected from that college and the fees is same as it is in st philomena's that is 45000 per year including all other expenses. I did not go there as they did not provide acca with bcom they had only cma and ca along with bcom. The admission process in my college is quite simple and easy they guide with every step. I haven't applied to many colleges in Kerala or outside. My parents decided to choose this college considering its reputation as a good college. Compared to other colleges I believe this college is mostly suitable for a study-based environment, suitable for anyone looking for further studies.
