Best private college in locality

Very strict compared to other colleges. Since it’s a private college, they impose some rules which can’t be or hard for the students to accept. Environment is good. College wise I’m a little proud to be here rather than another colleges in Kerala.

KTU is not that much valuable and the exam structure is very tight, not up-to the schedule. The course I’m studying is engineering and to be specific Computer Science Engineering. The first two years covers all subjects related to other branches and the next two year comes the core.

Yes, our college provide a lot of placement and job opportunities. Our college doesn’t provide any internship, we the students have to find internships our own, and it’s compulsory we need to do at least one internship throughout our academic.

We have our cultural fest known as ‘Crossroads’ and it’s done for 3 continuous days. And it consists of a lot of programs. 3rd year students are the one who hosts this fest every year. We also have technical fest for each branches.

It’s expensive for a student who’s getting in through management seats. And also same fee structure for those who enter through merit seats with low rank in entrance exam. Students with high rank are only needed to part the fee by our university and others have to pay 10 times more.

Our college doesn’t promote any students loan, the only thing they does is a scholarship for the students who has full attendance throughout the year and the students who get high rank in the entrance exam.

We have all kind of extracurricular activities like all kinds of sports and we have gym playgrounds then spaces for fun activities. The college also promotes athletic students through training. Students can participate in many such activities.

We don’t have a special kind of alumni network but they some conduct hackathon and other workshops promoting their job experiences as well as helping us to know new things and gain excellence in some part of our studies.

I got selected through my CET scores. When I first visited the college it was evergreen, with a wonderful environment, trees all over and it looked beautiful therefore I knew I wanted to study in this college. I choose for computer engineering because I liked to create new softwares and through computer engineering I can learn new programming languages.

Faculties are friendly but our branch faculties take decisions very harsh and cruel. They take decisions saying it’s for the good for students yet it only ends in a disaster. They doesn’t follow the curriculum rule.
