VPM is good college

College management is although good we have to improve in some technical/practical approach for teaching students.

The couse curriculum is semester wise, in every year there is 2 semester main test which condected by college in my time but now the paper is set by mumbai University for every semester. The VPM teachers are good they almost complete all the syllabus before exam and take test for practice.

The placement cell of vpm is over all good. There are pretty much good companies come to recruit employees from our college some of those are TCS, Wipro, Capgemeni, Here Technologies and etc

There are various events held in VPM college in technical aspects we have web designing, designing and science invention competition in intra level college competition. In cultural aspects vpm celebrate saree day, traditional day, tie day and Rose day. We have annual function like fever pitch which is celebrated every year by college and management to it contains various competitions like solo dance, singing, group dance, play, fasion show, web designing competition, mehendi designing, nail art. Many students participate in this events.

Fee Structure is as per University guidelines and some management fee. We have 25000 thousand average fee for Bsc.IT course, college provide fee students facilities to pay fee in 3 installments and also for it provides scholarship for few elegible students from university. We got receipt for fee which have break down details of fee structure.

Yes, students can get scholarship based on there 12th marks and they can apply from Mumbai University website.

The gender ratio is almost equal no. Of girls and boys. There are sport day event in December where we have various sport competition like kho-kho, cricket, badminton, kabaddi and race. We have 3 labs for IT where we have 25 computer in each lab. We have science invention competition where students can make any thing which will have a invention by students.

There is no hostel facility in this college, all students who came here they are pretty much close to college and there home traveling distance is not so far. Although if student want to take admission and want PG near college it can be found near to college.

There are alumni association which held in few years where previous students come re unit and come and share there experience with teacher and student.

The college was good in terms of coaching the students and complete there subject syllabus on time. The placement is important for every student, VPM teachers provide pretty much good idea to tackle interviews and get selected in best firms. I found this college good.

There were 4 lecture in a day and after that we have practical lecture in IT lab. The average age of faulty members is in between 25 to 50 and they have done master in there respective subject. The teachers try to teach subject at there best level with practical examples. Some of lecture have been certified in technical languages and some has done job in firms before teaching.
