Remarks

The positives of the college is that it give us freedom and good experiene for our life. The college have very good labs iedcs and fab labs. The tutors are very very nice to us.the negatives are that the canteen facility is poor

Course Curriculum Overview

The Cource curriculum is very good the exams are arranged in a manner that you can study and prepare for the exam well. The exams are held initially the module test then series test then module test then series test and then the final exam.

Placement Experience

Our college are very good at placements .so many companies are linked with our college becaiseof that our college have no placement problems. The college also have so many inyern ship programms assosiated.

College Events

There are many celibration events in our college such as onam celebration,Christmas celebrations, tech fest etc. These celebrations are celebrated very beautyfully. The tech fest here is amazing and very intresting.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure here is good and have construction according to their perfomance in their accadamics. If we perform well then there will be fee reduction and scolarships.The fee is feasible to all and they give time for payment.

The extracaricular activities here are good and intresting. Facilities such as fab lab, nss, iedc and such things are available. The labs here are extraordinary and have good collection of equipments. Here we are having a separate period for sports

Alumni/Alumna

The aluminis of this college are very nice and they suppor the college in many ways. Some of the alumini also reecruits some students for their companies and also are giving internships for the students.

Admission

I got admissiom in this college in managent seat. The admission process is very simple firstly i approched the admission cell of my college and booked my seat and they said to bring some documents and thats all.

Faculty

They are very good and loving. They helps us to get prepared for everything. they makes us so comfort that we feel like they are part of our life. The tutors are also very experienced and have good qualifications.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

An Emerging student rising from a million opportunity

I applied to MITS, Fisat, and Rajagiri and Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. These were the top 3 collages in my area in the field of CSE. I only got confirmation from Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. Yes i did get rejection from other collages due to my low keam scores. Admission process is simple with keam having priority. Rest of the seats are reserved for management and NRI. I accepted cse exams and curriculum. The Experience of Teenager to an adult

Inorder to get admission for engineering course you must have atleast 10 marks for keam entrance exam.(if you are a nri student,the cutoff doesn't really matter). The admission process was nice. First you have to register for keam exam for admission in colleges in kerala. Then after the results of this exam,you will get your rank.
