Excellent college, good for education

College management is good & helful overall. If I would to rate the college, I would have given 4 out of 5.

Exams are yearly based performed from University of Calcutta. Still college takes session exams once in 6 months for practice assesment purposes. Strictly classes takes place & disipline is the basis moto of the college. Once a year parents professors meeting also takes place.

Placement of my college is quite good you can apply for Masters from there and even persue double graduation in any subject. As it is, it is not an engineering college yet It has good dignity and respect among other colleges in the City. Teachers from here also help in providing internship in other colleges as well as sometime in this college too. In the end of the third year of graduation take aptitude test and career counselling classes which help a student to choose what is better for them in future.

This college regularly arrange different kinds of functions and events. It also organises different competition,some in college only and some with other colleges. One in a while debate elocution extempo take place. Freshers party farewell parties and fest take place once in a year requesting all the students to take part in it. This college also promotes and organises functions in independence day and Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanti as well. The college helps you to showcase your talents even outside studies as well coma baby dancing singing etc.

The college fees is quite bearable for all the students may be rich or poor. Its structure is quite cooperative towards all class of students. It also gives special discounts to the students who are from poor family so that they could easily complete their studies without any problem. It also accept scholarship given by the government as well the fee structure is almost 8000 to 10000 depending upon the subjects you choose. Students have to pay this amount in the division of six month.

College notifies all the available scholarship and educational loans one in a while. They notified this through their notice board. The Loon and scholarships given by the government is totally accepted here you just need to talk to the faculty members about the process which is really very easy. They really help you to get scholarships for loans what ever needed without any hassle. They are really helpful.

The campus life is quite good and obviously a feeling of security is always there because it's a girls college. They are minimum amount of male faculty members so that a secure environment should remain. The college has truly anti ragging squad and. The college has a secular environment accepting all religion race & ethnicity. Fight because of discrimination has really harsh punishment. We really periods that sisterhood environment which is really at time so thing. Really enjoy the environment.

There is no such hostel facility in the college, but yes there are some PGs available around the college area. Puppies around the college area is quite secure and safe for the students to stay.The rent of the PGS is not so expensive. As my college is specifically for girl so it is important for the PG to be safe and secure, which they truly are.

Senior students are helful just like elder sisters, extremely helpful & cooperative. They even provide you with guidance & norms of the college, & at times save us from any serious situations. They even give some suggestions for exams and even help us with their old notes of previous year. We can also borrow some books recommended by our teachers from them in spite of buying it once again from the nearby book shops.

This is a reknowed college famous for strictness & good educational experiences. It gives out a percentage cutoff list once the session starts, & then students who want admission there csn apply. If got selected, they have to face an interview. It ia actually very easy procedure.

Faculty of college is good. Total 6 classes are done daily. Professors are quite good & cooperative. They even provide you with some notes as per requirement. Extra classes are also available if student want. Overall staffs are are quite cooperative and friendly nature. Good atmosphere of the college.
