There were no such thing by which one student can become professional or learn some similar knowledge as per industry standard.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is as per West Bengal university of technology's guideline. There were less equipment in labs for practical knowledge.They were not teach CATIA for as they don't have that software. Overall it didn't help to become professional by practical knowledge of Engineering.They focused in English communication.This helped lot of people to communicate in English.
Placement Experience
Ther place of my college was bad. There are no such good company came for core sector. Only very small industry came for placement and their salary also was very low to survive. That no of placements also was very limited.
College Events
There were 3 events in every year 1. Fresers welcome event. It is basically culture event. Perform by college students. 2. Tech fest It is really very interesting event in my college.lot of people was present their small prototype of interesting project. 3. Annual fest It is also a cultural event. Perform by both college students and outside artists or band.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is very expensive at all.But the good thing is.This college provide all new books to students permanently as per course syllabus.Ther program fee was arround 3.4 lacs.Mode of payment was by Demand draft. college provided fee break down.There was a additional exam registration fee. Which was as per university guideline.It was arround 500 rupee.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't education load and didn't got any scholarships. But, if anybody wants any education loan.college will provide all necessary documents. this procedure is very easy.
Campus Life
There were only 1 girl in our steam. The campus life was good. Mechanical lab was not good as there were less no of machines to learn things for 60 students.There were no such knowledge exploration like how to hand industrial culture.How to apply these to knowledge as per industry requirements.
Alumni/Alumna
We were the first batch of our college in my steam. Thus, there were no senior.There are other seniors from different steam but they were unable to help us.
Admission
I have cleared Joint entrance examination and after that based on the ranks I got this college admission through counselling.There were sequence like from first rank holder get the opportunity to choose the college.As counselling proceed ahead Good college seats will be fill.
Faculty
There were 15 nos of faculty in my department. The HOD, principal and director were from very reputed govt college.They have well experience in teaching. Rest faculty are not that much good to provide teach in which it can show interest in subject. Assistant faculty were around 30-40 yrs old.
