Remarks

Cooperating with students always As we all know about the curriculum of Delhi University that how out-dated it is. It needs to be updated very soon. But teachers in our college give their best and rarely cancel any class which does hurt inside :-). I do not feel that the study makes me job-ready.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It's very relevant and good atmosphere for all activities Academics I am studying CSE because I love writing code and seeing it do amazing things. From my point of view, the professors are highly knowledgeable and one can really use this towards their advantage if they can just concentrate well enough in the classrooms. As the college is autonomous, the administration has the capability to update the curriculum to the market's demands whenever they need. Learning the subjects and doing the assignments perfectly definitely makes the students job-ready.

Placement Experience

5

It's good Placements The quality of placements at our college is improving. many students used to get placements from outside. But these days, the placement cell is really working hard and we can see the fruits of their labor. Now, many good number of MNC organizations are attending for placement each year. The college also has a separate training track for placements which supports students in every way possible and makes sure that everyone is placed.

College Events

5

Fest of every society and college itself Anything Else Overall, it is a great college and there is nothing wrong in joining this college. However, if one can perform better in the entrance exam, there would also be a chance of joining a better college than this. But, this college is not so bad and one could achieve their dreams in any college if he puts the effort and concentration towards them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible Value-for-money My course costs around Rs.80,000 per year. I don't feel that i am getting my money's worth because that kind of money can be used in many beneficial ways like building more labs, funding for student's ideas and many more. Instead they keep constructing new department blocks on the campus and gain higher accreditation from government. As a result, they keep increasing the fee to every new coming batch. The yearly fee for my juniors is Rs.1Lakh and their quality of education remained same as ours.

Fees and Financial Aid

University offers Teachers are quite friendly and cooperative but everywhere exception. But fortunately we can't blame teachers if students are not supporting them. Although teachers and there way to teach is good enough but exceptions are everywhere

Campus Life

4

It's all around good College's campus is very beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Lush green campus of 75 acres. We have many festivals celebration in our college campuse. Many fun events and annual sports meet and annual cultural fest (Atharva) and we do many clubs likes advertising society, dance club, drama club, singing club and many more. Our college staff is very supportive and helps in each and everything. My college campus is very safe and it can be handled in emergencies

Hostel Facilities

4

No Anything Else Many things are left to share about my college but lastly I would say it is worth to spend some beautiful years of my life here, the infrastructure, facilities, professors, non teaching staffs, seniors all are very supportive and play an important role in building our good personality and character. It's proud for me to be a part of it.

Alumni/Alumna

As we all know about the curriculum of Delhi University that how out-dated it is. It needs to be updated very soon. But teachers in our college give their best and rarely cancel any class which does hurt inside :-). I do not feel that the study makes me job-ready.

Admission

Good infrastructure College Infrastructure As of now, the college definitely has all the required and necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Apart from that, the college administration agreed for more funding towards more advanced facilities and the construction of a new building(block) and a brand new laboratory recently completed. We have WiFi for each and every department separately which is a great benefit. Many facilities like smart boards, projectors, interactive labs, IOT labs are maintained amazingly

Faculty

5

Number of lectures in a week is around 26 Anything Else Overall, it is a great college and there is nothing wrong in joining this college. However, if one can perform better in the entrance exam, there would also be a chance of joining a better college than this. But, this college is not so bad and one could achieve their dreams in any college if he puts the effort and concentration towards them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
