As the college is under Abdul kalam technological university, it follows the academic calendar formulated by the University. College do have a separate state of calender including the academics as well as time management. Every students are given a chance to introduce a new idea or modify the pattern with relevance to give an efficient way of getting the results. Even civil engineering core companies do visit out college, including the site construction as well as drafting and software department. Mostly 70% of the students got placed in every year to core as well as inter disciplinary branches. Mainly the recruiting team would came to out college and will have an initial aptitude test or GD, which is followed by personal interview and selection. Institution is having a separate schedule to prepare the students well for the placements, with mock drives, sample aptitude test and all. Even mock interviews are often conducted for the needed ones with utmost support.

Many technical, cultural as well as management festivals are implemented by the college in sake of students as well as the staff members. Usually intercollegiate as well as intra fest are done every year. All the students from Kerala can participate as the competitions are state level. When there is such a program organized students even from many colleges come and attend the program and leave good reviews regarding the technical cultural as well as social behavior in which a feel good approach is usually kept by the college.

Our college provide scholarship for students who secure KEAM rank below 3000 or having 95% marks for mathematics in plus two. Rather if a student got a sgpa above 8 in a semester,he do can avail the scholarship in the next semester. The scholarship fee is just ?8000, which is lot smaller than other self financing colleges.

College provided with the maximum facilities for the students. Gender ratio was in a such a way, both male and females were equal. Lab facilities were so good, and every kind of safety measures were adopted in the labs. Workshops were often conducted by the college in every branch and every batch. Politics was not permitted within the college, whereas all kind of cultural activities were promoted. Intercollegiate cultural fest were usually conducted in every year. No any kind of secure harassment is experienced in the college. Every students were given the perfect sense of habit to give up reviews about the college as well as the facilities. There was no any experience based on ethnicity, caste, color, gender etc. Intercollegiate tech fest is usually done in every year. Maximum participation of the students is ensured and given them with special standards to manage and develop extra skills

Senior students who get graduated have a very good review of the college, about the management and the facilities offered. They help us to know much more about the college, even before taking the admission. Alumni network is so strong with so many initiatives and programs held up with lot of effort and support.

I do opt civil engineering as my specialization in Btech as I do love the subject. Institution was so good in its academics and ranking position. It was near to my home, so traveling was quiet easy. As a part of my admission, I have appeared for the KEAM entrance examination and got included in the merit list, with the centralized allotment process, I got alloted to the college. I was having a personal interview- face to face, and was selected. After that, I paid the fees and joined for my bridge course offered by the college at the beginning and get to know more about course curriculum.

All the lecturers are having some kind of industrial background, any sort of exposure with the real world engineering. Average age of lectures is 30,with basic qualification of Mtech. Many professors are PhD holders and having multiple years of experience with certain extra industrial exposure and having extra skills. Teachers often provide us with maximum materials for study and usually clear our doubts and are easily available every time. They are so dedicated to give out a good outcome.
