About ece in gndu

No attendence required and no restriction at all for going outside and coming late

I was in ece so 1st year was so much of basic knowledge of all subjects like in every other university but 2nd year onwards there was proper study on main subjects. Also i was good in logics so computer language knowledge also gained there due to which i am able to grab a job in IT field and persuing my career

Placement is there but not not more than 40 % because its the university which can be around more than 1000 and then 2 other established college under this which makes a huge competition among all students in all department

Technical fest once, cultural fest twice and also annual sports meet too. Here you can take part in games and organise as well. Practise will start before a month for cultural fest and similar trials would happen for games at university level and there are coach who will guide you in different different games

Expensive.very expensive.in our time it was only cash and you have to stand in line and have to pay the fees.many times we need to go to atm to get the fees as we cant withdraw that much amounf in a single day and it generally takes 2-3 hours in paying the fees and getting the recipt

No, my parents have paid all my fees.scholarship can be availed based on father or family income. I think less than 12000 you will get the scholarship but again proofs are must.they are really strict on this

Gender ratio was very much unequal.3:1 boys to girls.there were games and tech fest happend you can organise and take part as well, labs are of no use as only attendant know how it works and most of them dont give correct readings.robotics was not much and even not talked about much on that.it depend on particular person if they have the interest else no one will ask anything

Yes, not much facility there.you will double sharing after 1st year and cleanliness was the issue as students on bday always made a chaos which always took more than a day to clean. The room needs to clean by you.you have to ask sweeper to clean the room

Yes but mostly it depends on each and every person some wants to share knowledge and some are egotistic

It is on the top in list of colleges under CET and i have scored the rank of 328 and then in counseling we got the admission in electronics and communication department. And other reason is i dont want to join college upder punjab technical university as there is not much focus on study just on numbers

Some are really good who will teach you thoroughly and some are bookworms kind of teachers they will only speak what book is saying and should only be giving marks if that is written in the book.actually the difference between senior and junior teacher
