My college review

Teaching quality is very good but college management is very bad specifically the accounts section they think that they are the boss of the college. They are very harsh at the time of depositing fee. Overall the institute is very good.

According to me as a final semester student, the course is very outdated it does not meet with the industry requirements. Exam structure like you must have to fill all the pages of the answer sheet and the time duration for completion of course is probably less because every time the syllabus remain incomplete.I think if you have not anu extra knowledge then this curriculum will not help you more to groom you and get a good placement. Now coming to the placements then you must have some extra knowledge other than from your syllabus then only you can get placement. In my course duration of 3 years only one visit has taken place. So according to me the chance of industrial visit is probably none.

There are several numbers of companies that have visited for placements in my college and the name of Companies such as Genpact, Mobiloitte, Jaro Education,RHDL, JSS, Collabera, Tech Mahindra, Policy Bazaar, Capgemini etc. The steps that have been followed in the recruitment drive of this companies are, the first step is that the GD round that is group discussion when you will clear that round then if the company is technical then you will face technical round in which you have to make the given program and run it and when this round is also clear then you will move further for PI round that personal interview after that you will face the last HR round if you have cleared Personal Interview round. And make sure that all round is elimination round. The same process is followed by the non-technical company also only the technical round is not there. And every year about 65% to 75% of students get placed and yes the institute take special steps for the students to get placement they run special Personality Development Classes for the grooming of the students.

There are total two events in which college students participate and one event in which students of different inter school participate. The first event is freshers party in which only the first year students can participate and the rest of the seniors students manage the event the events includes fashion show, dancing, singing etc. After that in November the inter school event take place in which different schools participate and send their students for competitions this event name is 'Synergy' there are several numbers of competitions are there such as quizzes, skyscraper, nukkad natak, robotics etc. and the winners of this competition are awarded with cash prizes, certificates and trophies. The last event is Exuberance this event runs for three days and this event is purely for college students of all years. The first day comprises of sports events im which cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, carrom, etc are there the winners of this sports competition is given the cash prizes, certificates and medals. The second days include the star night any star will performs as the college invite them for performing like Hardy Sandhu has arrived, Nupur Pant, Rahat Indori etc are already arrived. And the last day include DJ night in which DJ harsh Bhutani plays the track and all students dance. The first day is the day event and the rest two days are night events.

The program was 40000 when i have taken admission in 2017 now it is about 45000 the mode of payment can be cash or can be with cheques or drafts anything. Yes if you want to secure your admission then you can pay 5000 or 10000 and that time admission this amount will be deducted from your admission fee. Now if we talk about transparency then I would say No there is no transparency you will find that there are students whose fees could be 30000 or 35000 or 40000 means if you have link from the management then your amount can be less. During your whole course duration you have to pay 500rs every year in the name cultural events fees.

College specifically do not provide any scholarship to the students in fact they will not help you financially at any step.

The gender ratios is likely to be equal that is 50-50,yes the college provides equal opportunities to both boys and girls. You can easily find all race, religion students. In fact this institution is totally a secular institution. This college has proper dress code so there is no discrimination on the basis of financial status. There arw rich as well as middle class students but they will not face any problem as the college strictly look after on such matters all students feel safe. Yes extra curricular activities takes place different small events held in college premises to encourage students in the field of robotics debates etc and the winners are awarded with cash prizes. According to my opinion such events are very good as I have also participated in it the teachers are so enthusiastic and full of zeal they support a lot. Workshops are there for mechanical students. Several numbers of labs are there for IT students every lab has many computers.

My BCA seniors were very good they supported me a lot in every part whether at the time of placement,competitions, exams etc. Now probably all seniors are working in a reputed companies.

From my high school i have interest in computers that is why I have chosen this course. And before taking in this institution i have consult different colleges but I have found that this college has good infrastructure. The first step of admission is that first they will check your intermediate result according to it they will suggest you streams but they easily give you the desired course to you, after that they will do counselling that what are the benefits of your respective course. Then at the time of depositing fees they will submit all your original documents with them and make you submit at least half of fees of your course.

In my course there are about 10 lecturers with an average age of abour 30 years and all are qualified upto the norms provided by the college. Now talking about their expertise then except two or three teachers remaining all the teachers are good in providing clarity about the subjects.If you face any difficulties in understanding anything you can easily contact with the teachers and they are always ready to help you. Yes some teachers hold the relevant industry experience or certifications and about rest of the teachers I don't know.
