Remarks

The College is at its very beginning stage. It needs a lot of improvement. But it's approval of unitary university status by the Government of India itself tells us that the College is doing pretty well.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course structure is good and well planned. It has a competent syllabus put forth by prominent academicians. Sometimes the exams come with a tight schedule but is manageable. There are 2 internal exams before a final semester exam. There are other assignments and activities as well.

Placement Experience

2.5

Companies like BOSCH, ABB etc were roped in by the College to provide internship for the second year students. There was no stipend. But the experience was an asset to all the interns. Though the College requires only 2nd year students to do internships, it allows students of other batches to do internships at places of their choice.

College Events

3

Rivaayat: The College organuses a cultural fest once every year. It includes competitions among the students. Sports meet: A sports event also is conducted once in a year. Croeso: It is the event for the Freshers

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. The College fees is around 2 lakhs a year including tuition fees, hostel fees, food etc. Scholarships are available for certain categories. This can be applied for during the academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarships provided by the government are accessible to the particular categories of students. The colege notifies the students at the time of application. I am afraid I do not know about any scholarship facilty to talk in detail about.

Campus Life

4

There are almost equal number of boys and girls. There are not many activities for students. Pickle ball training is provided for free. The students are tolerant to each other and there are no huge issues on any grounds. We have a computer lab as well.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The course is residential and therefore the students are supposed to stay in the hostel inside the College campus. The hostel rooms are very spacious and facilities are good. The College campus is still under construction and therefore the dust might be an issue. The hostels are almost done and we have been staying since last year.

Alumni/Alumna

As of Now, the College does not have an alumni association as the first batch to pass out will do so only this year. The senior students are really helpful and understanding. They helped us adjust with the College and the facilities.

Admission

The application for admission to the College was first through CUCET and another application through the College website also was required. The College offers an integrated MSc course which is not common in India. One needs to get above the Cut off marks in the CUCET exam.

Faculty

3.5

The College has a handful of good, experienced faculty. As the College is in its beginning stage, more faculty needs to be appointed. The present set of Professors are well versed in their subjects.

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
