Considering the current scenario of the campus, the life on campus is avg. The Placements are good for Computer/IT students. Rest end up doing Masters or Switching their domains. If u r having a motive of going for Higher studies then MIT would be a food choice as the life is a bit relax in MIT.

The course curriculum for Computer Engineering Domain is finely structured by best Prof's of Pune Univeristy as MIT is affliated to Pune Univeristy. Some of the subjects might have a drawback for you if they aren't related to your interest. You can't help yourself in such case except getting a passing grade . Rest all other necessary subjects which the Current IT world in diving into are included and are finely tuned.

The Placements are Good for Computer,IT,EnTC domain . Rest for other branches there aren't many conpanies visiting the campus for recruitment. The guys from those dept end up taking jobs in Consultancy companies delivering a low overall package. The Average package offered by most of the companies is 6Lpa for CS/IT. Apart from the placements. There are companies visiting the campus that provide internship to the studnets based on their performance and Aptitude tests. Currently I'm doing my Internship in TCS where i was selected based on the Aptitude test.

Tesla is One of the Technical Event that is held in the month of August. Apart form Tesla there's another major event Texypher that is held in March. The Summit is the spots event that is held in sept. Gandharv is a Cultural event that is held in February with reputed celebrities visiting the event.

MIT doesn't provide any these facilites but the newly established MIT WPU which is having a fee structure of 3 Lpa for Undergrads provides the facility of Paying your entire fee over three installements. Consedering the scholarships MIT doea MIT does not provide any if the scholarships which is one of the drawback.

MIT is a bit weak in maintaining relations with the Alumni's. However, many of the alumnis who are Entrepreneur in different domains do visit the campus and have healthy interactions with the students around.

I appeared for MAH CET i.e a common test for all engineering colleges across Maharashtra. To be precise having a rank under 3000 in MAH CET would guarantee you a seat in the Computer and Mechanical domain. MIT is affiliated to Pune Univeristy which is considered the best in Maharashtra for Computer Engineering Domain. From the recent academic year MIT has started Inheriting students form states other than Maharashtra based on their JEE mains score.

Some of the senior faculties having 10+ years if experience are good at teaching their subjects. Some might not deliver to your expectation. Regarding The Electives to be choosen in the Later years of ur curriculum, the college avails an outside faculty for u if ur interested in some subject for which the faculty might not be present inhouse which isn't the case in some other colleges where the students are forced to take a particular subject for which a faculty is available.
