College management should reconsiderdecision there newly implemented decision of holding classes from 9 the morning to 6:00 in the evening because this kind of busyness in the schedule of students everyday life takes away chance of the student to get involved in extra curricular activities which actually help him to know himself better and what he actually likes.

the coast curriculum is pretty hectic as you have to attend class is from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening after we didn't have enough time for extra curricular activities. yes of course is well groomed to provide industry specific knowledge to the students as there are lot of labs during this four years which eventually enables a candidate to have prior knowledge of industry all this is really helpful for students during placement there are no industrial organised for the students by the college

The college placements is varying from branch to branch. Example placement for computer science department goes around 80 to 90% for mechanical engineering course for 70 to 80% for chemical engineering it goes from 50 to 60% so there is no definite data about the college placement but overall a student who deserves to be placed this place from this college for recruitment companies ask for a minimum of 6.5 CGPA and thorough interview. Yes before the placements the college organised workshop with experienced teachers for student to know how to to prepare for placement.

Nimbus celebrated in the month of March during the even semester the cultural and the technical event are quite impressive and hold a lot of participation in them

Fees NIT Hamirpur where is recording to ones families income if family income is less than 1 lakh only need to pay 9000 for a semester tuition fee and 25000 for the hostel accommodation plus mess. There are students from every part of the country plus there are also NRI student studying in NIT Hamirpur. There is complete freedom from social or religious discrimination. No sort of crime activities Happedned inside the campus ever.

Yes I wanted for in hostel hostel rooms are well saved in the food provided in the hostel mess is quite good to price charged for it. There are different kinds of hostel Like single accommodation and multi accommodation. This never happens in NIT Hamirpur that student studying institute is not given a hostel Sonu PG requirement NIT Hamirpur

yeah it from there are always connected with the students currently studying in attitude for helping them during placements. Inter action with the seniors is quite good no cases of ragging have ever been reported institute the time I have been here from 2017. Seniors are always helpful and Caring here.

I have to qualify with a rank good enough to get enrolled in this college, I opted for chemical engineering as this was the only branch I could get with the rank I got. Actually the institute is located in hilly region with the most beautiful campus of India title that's the reason I chose NIT HAMIRPUR. After you get the rank you need to fill form of choice filling handle by JOSSA and there are several rounds after which you finally get a college

In 1 semester we have around five subjects plus two Labs these five subjects get an add on by one other subject which is known as open elective we could be of any branch to choose courses belonging to any other branch this option is availed by a student only after he enters into his third year the qualification of teachers is quite good most of them are holding PHD and age can vary from 28 to 55 but most of teachers are of the age of above 40 all of them ritual. No lecture gives you certification.
