It is ok if you just want a building which will torment u to finally have ur degree but if u r expecting high education culture it doesnt happen here.

Course and curriculum are 11 years old. I dont understand why they do this. Most of the topics are old not up to date and have zero help in the real corporate world. I say most subjects not all. Like microprocessor is an important topic but all we learn is 8085 and 8086 which was 20 years old.

Placement are mainly wipro infosys and for cs, it branches there are some more companies coming. The major companies which come forward are WIPro, Infosys, Codealyse, Lavantage and some tech companies. Other department have 2 core comapnies.

Riveria - which is the technical fest is the only technical fest which happens and lot of participants take part in it even from outside the college. Also cultural fest take place one day after the technical fest which brings some lovely performance from our students and a star guest of the evening is booked.

Its feasible but according to the facilities it is expensive. The lab experience was worst since first year and it was horrific with passing years. The only working lab is Microprocessor lab and thank full to god for not ruining it because I am in total love with that subject.

No, the only fees concession I got was 50% waived for being topper of the batch in 3rd year and it really helped a lot that time. No other scholarship is sponsored by clg. Student can bring ngo or govt help to get scholarship outside college.

10 female per 60 students. Parties means fresher and farewell. There are various sports and cultural and dance society. There is no political affairs conducted. No discrimination on gender, color. Also there is a good amount of extra curricular activities going on here and they help students find their hidden talent.

No, hostels are dirty with no attached bathroom. Broken windows everywhere. Cleaning doesnt take place for ages and years. It is unhygeinic and also there is not authority there to take care of the situation if fights take place.

Senior are helpful but they have their personal views and it doesnt necessarily match with ur experience.

I gave wbjee examination which is applicable for joining colleges in West bengal and then after the results and rank were out, counselling process starts in 3 phase. After each phase u can be taking admission to the given college and seat available (list is filled by u before) or u can wait for upgradation. I selected in second phase for AEIE branch big mistake.

They are avialable in the department provided they are not having classes. There are 2 teachers for each sub. They divide the syllabus among themselves and separate lab instructors are there for each subject. Some of them are qualified. Lab instructor are not so qualified. The college is running with least minimum qualified faculty.
