Odisha JEE, Rank:4642. It was in Bhubaneswar, good communication available, excellent records of placement in past years.
Course Curriculum Overview
Followed university standards covered all in 1st 2 years next 2 years were messed up not more than 85% of course coverage. Though laboratory was up to date least attention were given for attendance.
Internships Opportunities
No internships or stipend provided. I had to manage myself for availing short term inter sem training on my own expenditures. Practical knowledge was scarce.
Placement Experience
TCS hired in a lot. But only electronics communications and cs it students. No on campus job interview for Electrical, Mechanical, Instruments nothing at all. Job opportunities is a month.
College Events
Yes college managed this one very promptly every year we will have bollywood new singers performance in college campus no free food in college fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive as compared to performances, but feasible as compared to other similar colleges no fee waiver or no scholarships bus fare is not affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
Not at all we have to look for banks on our own though management helped in getting a bonafied students certificate for loans easily.
Campus Life
Sports didn't attract many labs were full of machinery but very few people took interest. Techfest was organized only in one year other competition was there but award was given very few times.
Hostel Facilities
Average though never stayed in hostel sometimes visited my friends rooms reasonable price, simple food clean canteen and mess kitchen.
Alumni/Alumna
Only one or two contacts that too via facebook no official club or associations senior junior relationship was just normal beautiful senior girls were in many in number.
Exam Structure
This is the best part, strict exams strictly followed university criteria seriously maintained internal exam time tables and fair marking.
Faculty
Some faculties were excellent and some were below average level. Younger faculty members toiled to concrete their position. But they were assigned with classes of 4th year which were almost an impossible task for them.
