JSPMS - Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering Tathawade Pune is one of the topest institute. So when I was in the last year of my diploma. One of my closest friend who is senior to me had already taken admission in this college and that time I got very positive feedback from her about this college. So that's the time I had been decided to take admission in this institute. So I had put this college on my highest preference number. And happily, I got this college on the very first list. So the process of admission is been very easy. The staff of the admission office were very helpful. My almost all process has been online. I had filled the admission form online. The very aspects of our college are, we have a very friendly environment as a student. Our college provides do many opportunities to develop our skill, technical and non technically. Facility members are very strong supporters for every student.

Course curriculum and faculty member are very passionate about there work. As I m a direct second-year student it's been very difficult for us to complete the study. Because we got very less time as compared to other students. But our college had a solution for this they already made a different class only for DSE students. We're extra attention was paid to each and every student personally. Unit tests and other different exams were taken to test us. Teachers have guided us personally. So each class have 60 to 65 students so for the teachers it's been very difficult to interact with every single student personally and share the teachers time to each and every student personally. So in our college, every class have been divided into three batches. The batch of 20 to 22 students. The very batch has a different mentor with whom we can share our ideas and our issues. Term exam was taken. But for that, our teachers prepare us to it being not so difficult to pass.

Placements of our college. Different higher package companies come to our college to place the students. Our training and placements cells come with the aim to place the students in there dream companies. From the last sem of third-year, some companies start to offers for an internship. Just after completing the third year some of the companies come to interview a student's. And also take them. So after the third year our training and placements cells organized a different training program for students just for they get a chance to place in good company and also they help to work on our basics of core subjects. Different companies visited our institute. Like TCS, MAHINDRA, Thermax and many more. A lot number of students get a place in such companies. Right now and till now the highest package students have received is 18 lakhs. And we are very happy to announce that this year our students are going to be an interview for Rakuten a Japanese company which come with 40 lakhs package. 80 to 85 % place.

The fees structure and opportunity of scholarship, financial assistance or campus jobs. About opportunity of scholarship, till now I haven't take scholarship other than an inner college scholarship. But from my class there are many students who have got a very good opportunity for scholarship,who have a poor financial condition. Our also a special scholarship only for girls. For which we have been supporting a lot. And about opportunities like a campus placements. Our college always motivates the students and help to be a better industry-ready person so everyone gets a good placement. Not only a good , but also to join their dream companies. The campus office staff is very helpful for each and every student. They guide a student's, they motivate the students to be A better one. So each year lot of students get a place through our college placements and start better things in life. Our placements cells provide training for each and every student personally in which students are trained.

The life at the campus. And all about social life clubs and infrastructure. Our college provides a lot of training program for students. Our college provides various different special facility like E-learning classes, E-learning practising. Moodle v lab e lab and many practical Hall and many more.our college organized different clubs and students chapters like ISHARE, sae and many more. Where students get a chance to explore as STUDENTS learn more about the industry. Our college also organized a different guests lecture industry lectures. To Know more about industry culture. And to be an industry-ready engineer. Our college has a technical team like Supra, tifhan. In our college also have a non-technical club called rangbhumi and dance team in which students participate in different level COMPETITION national and international. Our college also arranges every year a feast call innovation in which whole college get participates. Were we learn enjoys also have a social group.
