This college is best for commerce student in whole south calcutta. Here the teaching faculty is awesome. The location factor is also one of the main condition condition for choosing this college. The college provides technical learning along with many programmes and short courses.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college is excellent in academics. We secure all the top ranks in every xam conducted by Calcutta university. The teaching faculty is very good. Teachers provide us with study materials along with a online classes. Weak students do get extra support from them after the college hours.
Placement Experience
We have three shifts in our college but we still don’t have any placement cell mentioned in the website. Since I’m a first year student, I have a very little to negligible knowledge about placement cell in our college or the average package offered or the companies coming up.
College Events
As being a village boy I didnt take part in any of the extracurriculam activities. But as I heard from my friends it is awesome. The college organizes anunual fest, freshers party, certain inter and intra college competitions and participants coming from many colleges.
Campus Life
College has a well developed infrastructure. We have a college building with well furnished classrooms and library. Our library is the laregst library in the city among all goverment colleges. We have a college canteen where students are being provided with quality food at an affordable rates. We also have a book store from where student can purchase their prescribed text books at a discounted price.
