Remarks

Its near to my house, Like the campus, Teaching is good. college bus facility is provided. Lab and workshops are very interesting and i slect civil engineering because its very interesting to me to study and the workshops

All the portions are going according to the academic calendar provide by the university. Its good. The professors are taking thir classes and portions on tym. And finish all the modules before exam

Some of the company'ay come and they offer jobs. Then there is a placement cell so we can get placements.

College Events

Our college has techfest name gurutwa it was really amazing. Then so many events such as Arts day, onam celebration, holi celebration, sports day and other programs are going on. Its really a good opportunity for students to show gheir skills and talents

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
