Remarks
The college is just fine. You are assured to be placed and we do engineering for the same reason so I think it is good. There are some scopes of improvements still.
Entrance Preview
IIT JEE, MAHCET with score as no cleared and 67. The IIT JEE I had only appeared for the first one. The Cet that I have given was for all over India all the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electrical, Electronics, Physics and Chemistry this are the subjects offered in the first year further depending upon the technical stream only the intended subjects whose faculty and lab facilities are available are taken. There all sorts of booms available in library.
Internships Opportunities
There are some opportunities and stipend varies from 5000 and more. Mainly there are offers from software company and basic mechanical firms. This software companies also try to give projects through there company and if possible they will give placement too.
Placement Experience
350 + placements and more counting , it only keeps increasing. Definitely good numbers. Since the last three batches almost all information technology and computer science students have got all offers .
College Events
There are college level competition and also on the department level. The departmental level competition include the technical knowledge related events. There are some extra circular activities too. On the college level there is event and there is cultural event too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very much fine it is very less expensive as compared to other college. The only problem is with the hostel fee it compulsorily include the mess fees. Because the food is not so good then why should we pay for food too. Therefore this is the problem with fee. Fees 80,000 etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many options for scholarship from many different organisations such as fair and lovely. Also there were offers from government also. There are loan choices and also we can pay in installments.
Campus Life
It is just okay. Talking about the gender ratio it is almost what equal maybe. There are many girl students in mechanical branch too. There is no tagging for sure. But there is very strictness from the faculty. It is highly difficult for girls to have guys at friend. Very restricted in this matter.
Hostel Facilities
I was not at hostel but I guess the the fees was around 25000 and may be it also included the food fees. The hostel has mostly 3-4 sharing in both male and female.
Alumni/Alumna
It is good. There are interactions quite often happening. We are in touch with lot of seniors through Facebook, twitter linked in and all that. They are doing masters or maybe jod and maybe m tech. Our senior s are doing pretty well.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is slightly complicated. And there are unit test along with the unit tests of our university.
Faculty
Nice, good and taking care like kids almost. We are scrutinised on the marks and attendance also, And if the marks and attendance are not in the allowed range they will mail to the parents. They will also call if required. That is how strict they are.
