Remarks

I think there are lot of good colleges for MBA course I would recommend to go for those. Now I came to know that there is separate faculty for every subject students enjoying extracurricular activities companies also coming for placements.

Entrance Preview

I had given MBA state level CET aptitude test which includes logical reasoning basic math and English and I had gotten 82 out of 200. The reason I opted for this college is PVG(Pune Vidyarthi Griha's Institute of management) has a good name. Also this college is first branch of PVG out of Pune and I had not scored sufficient marks to get admission in best colleges in maharashtra. So as pioneer batch it was easy for me to get admission here.

Internships Opportunities

As we were the pioneer batch there was not single company came for Internship. They wanted us to find out companies those they tried giving reference for some students for Internship.

Placement Experience

1

No placements were given to us not a single company came for placement as well. I don't know what is going on right now but in at the time of my batch no student got placed from college.

College Events

2

In our college there were seminar competition,Groups discussions and other activities like dance competition and cricket matches was organised. Also we were participated in Inter collegiate dance competition,Drama,Fashion show etc. We were celebrating festivals like Ganesh festival, holi, navaratri by music and outing, picnic etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible Fee structure was feasible apart from main college fee they took 9000 extra for Uniform and library deposit. That time the college fee was 50,000 also there are some facilities like scholarship and fee exemptions as per the category like OBC,SC and all.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no loan availability though there is some facilities like fee exemption(Category wise). Some scholarship options for the reserved category like SC,NT etc.

Campus Life

3

There were sports matches like Cricket,Badminton. But as pioneer batch there was no focus on such extracurricular activities. Debates, group discussion seminars were held. There was good response for those.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No hostel facility there is no hostel facility you have to look for the rental apartments or PG.

Alumni/Alumna

We were the Pioneer so there is no question arise on the alumni network and senior students. but we provided all the support to our juniors. We didn't get any massage for alumni networking or ceremony.

Exam Structure

There were 4 semester 1 semester comprises 6 months. Classes were chilled out every lecture was learning with fun.

Faculty

3.5

AverageIt was first year of this college things were settling up. there were only 4 faculties for main subjects Accounting, marketing, economics and law. and other subject also were taught by this faculties and the Important chapters were covered by some visiting faculties form reputed colleges of Pune and Mumbai. But those faculties took all the effort to improve knowledge.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
