I have Choosen this college to just get a degree. This college is mostly joined for getting a Degree.You can see many students getting admission in this college and not coming to college,they just prepare for CA,CS,etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Courses are pretty well updated. Teachers are highly qualified and have experience of more than 20 years in this college Some teachers are quite strict,if you miss some classes in a row,you are out for the another week or two.
Placement Experience
There is no placement provided from college.As it is only a Degree College for Commerce you cannot expect to any placement opportunity but by studying here you get enough time to work for a part time job as the College starts from 5:30 in the evening to around 9:15 in the night.
College Events
Campus life in this College is very much exciting. You can expect various programmes every month or two. During any programme or fest you hardly get any quite place to stand. During College Farewell aur Fresher party you can expect a regional Singer or Band coming to our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
You can avail Swami Vivekananda Scholarship which gives around 12000 per year for SC and ST students.There is also one Scholarship provided by college which gives RS.1000 per year for selected Student.There are no other Scholarship programme for the students.
Campus Life
The college doesn't have it's campus. It have only one building of its own i.e,it's office building with library.the students study in the building if Siliguri College. It has recently build a new building which is around 500m from the present college.
