College Life

I chose this college because it was not much far away from my home and also I had heard from others that this college helps the students to the maximum to excel in both academics and other co-curricular activities.

The facilities have enough knowledge and experience to deal with the students and their doubts. Some are really very polite and humble and patient to clear the doubts of the students no matter how much time it takes.But yes, some teachers are also not much patient to clear the students doubts.

Various companies come for recruitment of the students and most of the students get placed in this college after the completion of the degree. Some of them opt for higher studies and some also opt for their own startups. The college might fund some startups provided they like their idea of what they have planned to do.

The college holds an annual fest of three days in the February- March,in which various types of activities are there such as - personality development sports, team management activities, dance competition,hip hop battles and many other different kinds of activities which are held till afternoon and this is called as Noesis. In the evening, we have Zygon where we organise DJ night for all the three days.

Loan facility is supported by the college provided that we meet the requirements as mentioned in the college curriculum. The students who are from EWS category are also given some discount type facilities.

Though the campus is not as big as it should have been, the location of the college is superb with greenery all around, full of trees and flowers. It has got a basketball court and football field too. Seperate Parking areas for both students and faculties are also there. Library is quite spacious with books of all types ranging from magazines and newspapers and reference books and what not.

No, I haven't opted hostel facility but yes I have been there some times as any student can enter into the hostel. The rooms are quite spacious but yes it's a little clumsy as each floor has many rooms. The hostels are four to five storeyed buildings. Can't say about the girls hostel but there is a badminton court in the boys hostels.
