Remarks
Murshidabad medical college and hospital situated in Berhampore just right in front of the Berhampore Court Railway station ( easy to travel). It has the best faculty and their teaching method is unique. Seniors are very friendly and cooperative. Overall it is a very good governmental institution.
Course Curriculum Overview
The MCI curriculum is strictly followed. All the faculties are the best according to me. There are required number of teachers and also the instruments necessary for the practical classes. The syllabus is always completed on time and made sure that majority of the people understand.
Placement Experience
Placement rate is almost 100%. From this college many get to serve in their own hospital. In the internship time we learn how to handle patients and based on that people get to know if they selected for their hospital or not.
College Events
There are many events happening in the college main being the college fest and the graduation day. The freshers party is also grand to welcome the newcomers and make them comfortable. Teachers day and many such festivities are celebrated for relaxation and bring out the hidden talent in the students.
Campus Life
The college has a huge library with many copies of the books required by the students for reference. The campus also has a huge volleyball and football ground. Badminton playing Court is also present. Both studies and games are given equal priority.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for hostel facility and so have most of the students. The hostel has regular water facility. Though the rooms are not big enough but still good enough for a governmental hostel. There is good security also. The mess had pretty decent food which is more or less nutritious.
