The college has a large campus with good infrastructure and modern equipped labs. Also the placement statistics is also good. It is an autonomous college though under MAKAUT follows their own sorted syllabus highly needed for the students in today's life. Also this college helps the students to get industrial exposure by conducting trainings, internships and two international study programs.

Internships Opportunities
Pinnacle Infotech Solutions as a Trainee engineer, with stipend of 5000/month. The selection went through a Technical test followed by GD and PI round.
Placement Experience
TCS, CAPGEMINI, PINNACLE INFOTECH SOLUTIONS, WIPRO. The students were offered a position as a trainee engineer for a year and after that they will be promoted to the post of assistant or executive engineer. The placement process goes through a series of steps. First a technical test is organized. After clearing that there will be GD round and later Personal Interview.
College Events
Every year the college organises TECH FEST, where each student are allowed to showcase their hidden ideas and skills. Also students from other colleges are also invited to take part in the event. Various other events were also organized such az Photography Competition, Essay writing Competetion, Singing Competetion, etc.
Campus Life
The college has a huge infrastructure and high equipped modern labs. The library was big enough with a study room which is only available at an allotted time only. It has a large ground where sports like cricket and football tournaments are organised. The canteen is very clean though the food tastes the average. The college has common room facility and a cafeteria to freshen up the mood. It also has a large auditorium to conduct meetings or seminars. A parking space is also available for both the students and the teachers. A bus is also available to carry and drop the students which operated from Kalyani station to college.
