Entrance Preview

I took Kerala Entrance Examination and my rank was 7345. I preferred this college because distance between my home to college is nearly 5KM also its nice college.

Placement Experience

Almost all companies are coming there for placement like Wipro,Tech Mahindra,Infosys,CTS,TCS,Robert Bosch etc. Almost 60% student place in collge days itself.

Almost all activities and events like college day and arts day for all program almost all people.

Faculty

Teacher are very helping with good standard and teacher are educated.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
