A prestigious brand that Symbiosis carries, Lots of opportunities and exposures like NSS, various entrepreneurship summits & workshops, Tedxscac, outdoor visits, Internship, intercollegiate fest, events etc. for the students, it is one of the top 10 institutes for commerce in our country and it's brilliant course structure like liberal arts, compulsory research by students.

The course curriculum was much updated and was in lines with the demand of the market. Throughout our course, we have given so many formal presentations, lots of industrial visits, compulsory Internship for students, Organised and volunteered various events of the college so these methods have given brought the best out of us.

Yes, I got an internship during the second year, offered to students by the college. It was a marketing internship at Poornam Ecovision, Pune. Though it was an unpaid internship, we learned a lot about on-field marketing.

Placement opportunities of my college were good. But it has only 40% placement rate. But for a commerce college, it was still very good looking on our batch size i.e 720. The companies visiting were Deloitte, E&Y, Honeywell, Northern Trust, Deutsche Bank and many others. The placement process was smooth but difficult to compromise of Aptitude test, GD, PI. Our college have also a well established alumni network, which has helped many students in job referrals. About entrepreneurship cell, it is one of the most active cells of our college. Our college entrepreneur has also won several awards In events across the Pune.

Campus life was very interesting in Symbiosis. Almost every day, there used to be some or other events. Events like entrepreneurship summits, entrepreneurship workshops, Lectures of Renowned guest, NSS activities, intercollegiate debate competition, TEDxSCAC, outdoor visits to industries, Marathon, Human excellence lectures & workshops, skill development add-on courses and many more. And the most glamorous event Symagine Fest organised by the college which hosts the number of events with participants across the city.

Yes, I have availed a scholarship type scheme called EARN & LEARN scheme run by my college under the guidelines of Pune University. Under this task of students were to assist teachers in various college activities, workshops, events etc. Like organising events, making presentations, data entry etc.

Our campus has state of the art infrastructure. In our college library, there were more than 30,000 books in several disciplines. It has also a very cooperative infrastructure for disabled people. It has a gym equipped with all modern machines. It canteen was very large and hygienic. It has a health care facility inside the campus only, which was also excellent. But it lacks a sports ground. That was the only lacuna in the infrastructure of the college.

No, I haven't opted for the hostel facility. But few of my batchmates who stayed there, they were delighted with the food and lodging, but it was costly. Even it has a few seats, which were mainly for foreigners and NRIs.
