College management is weak as per the staff regarding department fundings and internal politics related

Not an entrance exam, its a DU college so enrolled based on my marks in 12th Boards from CBSE. As i was looking for DU college mainly because of fame and the fact its one of the reputed college of South Campus with a strong alumni I never wanted to miss the opportunity of studying in Delhi University's reputed college in-spite of scoring 95%

As far as its acedemic activities are concerned, we have proper schedule of classes - the first half of the day for the Commerce classes and other half for the Arts classes. There are two new buildings consisting of nearly 100 rooms out of which half caters to the Commerce faculty and Administrative Block and other half caters to Arts faculty and the combined staff room for all the professors. These rooms include many other facilities like an huge auditorium, two seminar rooms, a sports room and much more. College canteen is somewhat rubbish but quite cheap and not upto the Mark.

As far as Bcom Hons is considered, in 2 year we have yet to receive internship proposals from Department,I recall last year HCL, Reliance, Sony Network were the major companies who scouted.

Our college organised a massive feast last year inviting Varun Dhavan and main tera hero star cast, Mikha Singh came a couple of months back, college also celebrated 2 days food festival inviting stalls across the city.

Delhi University colleges dont charge much having Bcom hons fee just 9000 Rs annually.Jounralism although charges 19000 Rs while english hons and eco hons kinda courses have standard 9000 PA

I have heard of a scholarship for BPL students with fee waive of 50%, anyways there is also a program for Kashmeri Students offered by the University itself

Campus life is boring seriously with not much of a play ground small college ,not much life nearby college, Mainly because its in a residential area.

Not much but heard most of the are well settled with people like Sumit Bhajpaye, Ankit Tripathi working abroad ,Senior and passed out students often visit during fests or programmes and we students go one on one with them and most of them have a common say that trust the college in internships and job opportunities. They feel quite lucky to be the students of DCAC but personally i dont feel that much in 2nd year although. Teachers are good but again one cant expect a teacher without ego in Delhi Univeristy.

We have internals of 25 marks consisting 5 marks of attendance ,10 marks project and 10 marks practical/written/oral exam,students above 60% attendence get 3 marks for attendance 90% above gets 5 marks no marks for below 60% though
