Remarks

The main thing I made admission to this college is the overwhelming performance of faculty in this college and the palce where it locates. Advanced lab facilities and proper maintenance of labs are the key features I noticed there.

Course Curriculum Overview

The current curriculum is up to date but still need some changes that is need more practical tests than therotical. For industrial exposure here there is three diploma course named ADAMs is organized in collaboration with Benz.

Our annual techno-cultural fest is Aagneya it is conducted in the middle of every even semesters. It consist of an intra college technical competition and a intra college cultural competition. The winners are awarded with cash prices.

Campus Life

Our college place almost at the centre of the city so the land area is too low that is about 6 acres only. It is the major limitation of our college. Since we have lack of area we have no stadium or playground. All student are provided with free wi-fi. We a better library as well. Equipment in the labs are all advanced.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

G.E.C. PALAMU : A. Brief Overview .

Actually I applied in Chandigarh University , KIIT , SRM, and Quantum University . I even. Done the formalities of Quantum University but when the result of JCECEB COUNSELING came I took decision to take admission in this college as for now I think my decision is good . This college first of all government aided which provides a way better option than other private colleges which I opted for . Also this college might not compare with the other private colleges which I mentioned in so called renowned facilities but still we can get all basic facilities here . And all the above the fees here is very much affordable as compared to all the colleges which I mentioned in my list . Means all your engineering course will be completed in about 5 lakhs . which is very much less as compared to even NIT and IIT. For admission you have to give either jee mains or you can give JCECEB exam but you have to sit in JCECEB COUNSELING to get this college .all information you will get from the youtube about the councelling...Read More
