Very good college especially for extra curricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a good option for those who want to have a career in IT. Syllabus looks a bit outdated but still it is good for overall development of the students. It can definitely be improved and they can make it better to suit the industry needs. But if one takes this as a base then one can learn many things on his own.
Placement Experience
It is very Unpredictable. Depends on the market scenario. But there is a live project experience in final year.
College Events
Annual function or party used to be there that was big fun. Sports activities happening in college are open for the students of this course as well. Students can participate in various activities conducted by college. I was a part of college badminton team.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's relative. If you compare it with engineering then it's cheaper but if you compare with BSC then it's expensive. So depends on what are you comparing it with. But overall the fee structure is average I would say. Most of the people with average income can afford it.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I did not avail any loan for this. My parents paid my fees so it was easy for me. But I believe that there are loan options available.
Campus Life
Fabulous campus. Very healthy gender ratio. There used to be a lot of fun in the campus. I had the most amazing group of friends here. We were not much of sincere kind of students but somehow managed to pass. For extra curricular activities this is a wonderful college.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes They conduct an annual alumni meet and lots of passed out students take active participation in organising that.
Admission
That was the time when the admissions used to happen on the basis of marks in 12th standard. Candidates used to fill up a an admission form if they are interested. Management used to put up a list of candidates eligible for admission and they can do the admission formalities.
Faculty
At my time the faculty was average. Some of the reachers were really very good and some were mediocre. But they used to try their best t help students gain knowledge. I was not really a sincere student though so I used to bunk lectures quite a lot.
